EV Elite Mods Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Unmodified and in its original condition
  • Returned with all included parts, accessories, instructions, and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Opening the package to inspect the product does not automatically make it ineligible for return, provided the product has not been installed, used, damaged, cut, painted, or modified.

Starting a Return

Before sending an item back, please contact us at evelitemods@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or a video of the product when applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. After your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged, defective, or incorrect area

When EV Elite Mods confirms that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return shipping label at no additional cost to you.

Damage caused after delivery by improper installation, misuse, excessive force, accidents, heat exposure beyond the product’s stated limitations, or unauthorized modifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Vehicle Fitment

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle year, model, trim, color, side, and product variation before placing an order.

Products ordered for the wrong vehicle or configuration may be returned only when they remain unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and otherwise meet the requirements of this policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping when the incorrect variation was selected during checkout.

Please contact us before ordering if you are uncertain about compatibility.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products that have been cut, drilled, painted, glued, altered, or modified
  • Products damaged through improper installation, misuse, or customer handling
  • Items returned with missing components or accessories

These restrictions do not apply when the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns caused by ordering the wrong size, color, model, side, or variation.

EV Elite Mods will cover reasonable return shipping costs when we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. EV Elite Mods is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while being shipped back by the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by EV Elite Mods.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for EV Elite Mods to process an approved refund. Your bank or card provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Any product returned used, installed, modified, incomplete, or damaged may be denied a refund or may receive a reduced refund based on its condition.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item. Depending on availability, we may approve an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the regular return process.
